I worked in marketing research on both the client (Avito) and agency (Ipsos, Kantar) sides → I have a clear vision of how brands develop in a company and how to test their strength.

Experience working as a brand and communications strategist within agencies (SLAVA, Friends Moscow) and in my own studio (Pointy), consulting agencies, gave a comprehensive understanding of how to create strategies that simultaneously solve the client's business problems and inspire creative teams.

Calibration session
Getting to know your team with the goal of validating the task, hearing the pains and concerns of everyone in the group, defining the image of the result and the evaluation criteria. The meeting also defines a format of future work that is convenient for all participants.

Sprint-sessions
Conducting a series of small meetings with your working group, where we consistently find answers to all questions, test hypotheses, and share expertise. This allows you to save time and involve different departments of the company, which help enrich the result.

Presentation
Based on the results of the sessions, a finished document is formed and can be implemented into working process, be it a creative brief or a brand platform.
